Revolution used for fleas ear mites, heartworms and some intestinal worms appears to kill viturally ALL bacterias (at least in my blood anyway), and frankly it makes sense to me that it would.
This product is truely a broad spectrum drug, and it goes from skin to heart to intestions to skin so it surely moves thoughout the body. And just as with my frontline plus discovery, this drug works in a very similar manner, it basially acts on the bugs nervous system and rattles it apart. Truely, I actually WATCHED lyme cysts start to shake, rattle and roll, and then turn into mush. (meaning...it was DEAD MAN) I also watched viturally ALL invaders in my blood on my scope running like the dickens trying to save themselves from the revolution. This effect was more powerful and sudden then my frontline test, and broader. Then after about say 30-120 seconds or so, I watched suddenly EVERYTHING die and NOTHING was moving whatsoever. My blood cells appeared unaffected.
This drug also appears to have quite a high margin of safety but not as high as frontlines, they tested up to 10x the normal dose and nothing happened.
Not suggesting anyone use this, but I am and will report my findings as I go along...right now I am using about 3x the normal dose by weight as the lower doses appeared to not effect bart. Barts appear to be super tough, but 3x dose of revolution is without question in my scope killing them.

First of all...what are you using to see your blood? Darkfield? I thought you were using Chloramphenicol? You seem to change weekly?

I consider imidacloprid too risky since its a nicotine like drug.

And I would fear it could lead one to smoking if one used that drug imidacloprid.

I never used Chloramphenicol, I did use and do pulse gentimicin and plan on using neomycin too if I have to. But revolution in higher doses seems to be killing bart on its own...herxing non stop for 14 days now.
I DO know how to do live blood microscopy and thats what I am doing, using a phase contrast 2500x magification a glass slide...a thin coverslip and immersion oil to reduce glare and improve viewablity. I HAVE had it done professionally and learned from them. And my 2500x is actually BETTER then the pro that did my bloods months ago...she was using 1600x.
