Can anyone give me any good tips on immune boosters?
If I get a little stressed or anything, I get sick! My daughter was up a lot last night and so I was up alot.
BAM, today I have a sore throat and feel the burn in my nose and throat. I always feel that way when I get sick.
My energy so low that I can't handle getting sick...what can I do?? I want to beat this disease so badly and this really makes it hard to remember that I might have some good days somewhere down the road.

Vitamin C helps me out.
Take the coated kind though.
Easier on the stomach.

olive leaf extract (if you feel it coming on or when you think you might start getting sick...lack of sleep)
