Hey Janice, just noticed that you didn't get any responses...SOOO... I'll do the best I can!

I've said before that I believe Flagyl hits Babs. Some will disagree. When I first started treatment with Flagyl I had horrendous nightsweats. It also helped my fatigue.

Have you treated Babs with true anti malarials yet like Mepron or Malarone? Now that I've gone through months of mep and malarone, Flagyl doesn't have that effect on me - another confirmation that it was targeting babs.

So yes, in my humble opinion you could be experiencing a babs herx. However, Flagyl will NOT eradicate this infection so please speak with your doctor and get on a good babs protocal.
