Can people share stories of what worked for them in treating mycoplasma and how long it took?

My doctor is looking at a combination of oral abx, oral supplements and IV supplements including IV herbs (MTE) and homeopathic medication (HEEL). I can't find any information on the IV herbs and IV homeopathic treatments.

Thanks.

Heel has a webpage like heelusa.com. You also can
call them. If you have the name of the remedy I look it up for you.

Thanks, I don't know the exact treatment. If I tell the doctor I want to go through with it, then the doctor will work out a personalized treatment. So I have very little to go on.

Im taking levaquin now and my IGM level is now negative. Im taking very small amounts due to mcs and herxing hard.

I am starting to get some tendon pain now when I extend myself.

So I best take it easy, but yes I think its working.

Biaxin and doxy combo started working for me after about two months. I took these separately before, but the combination really feels like it's making some good improvements.

hey Aniek,

Same doctor put me on Mycoplasma Series Therapy by Deseret Biologics. Look them up. They have a great article about Mycoplasma.

I haven't use MTE for mycoplasma but I used it for 4 weekly treatments for babesia and following that, I got my one and only negative babesia test.

I wish I had kept them up but she is 3 1/2 hrs from me, so even now I just really hesitate to mention it again. 7 hr trip every week is so hard. I never was a good long distance driver.

There currently is an article on Public Health Alert about Mycoplasma. Fascinating read.

Thanks wtl...printing it out now and planning on sending it to my workmen's comp attny.

When I first came down sick, I had a primary doc suggest mycoplasma but she would not do the follow up needed to get approval from the insurance company.
