neuropathy pain often feels worse as it it getting better.
the nerves heal and you feel more sensations, so it feels worse, but really is on the mend.
my first episode of lyme i had widespread neuro involvement. i felt slow, extremely slow improvement for several years.
diabetic neuropathy is often helped by alpha lipoic acid three times a day.
