My foot has been in a forever cramped state for about 2 wks. I failed the Babinski test tonight. My foot/toe had no responses forward or backward.
And when I look down at my feet the arch and muscle are much more defined than the other foot. Any thoughts why?
Also I've had the same cramped feeling in my neck for a month in a half. Its difficult to swallow and it almost ALWAYS feels tight.
Is there a nerve connection? I haven't been doing Mg supplements because I read Mg possibly feeds bart.
I looked up ALS freaked out and now am posting here!!!!!!!
Thanks C

swalling sounds like TMJ, tempo mandibular jaw, something like that.
i had it too; could get my jaw open to eat; made noises constantly and just ached galore.
what is babinski test? never heard of it before ...

Swallowing problems could come from tightness in the muscles in the neck.

I am not familiar with the Babinski test. I am familiar with foot spasms, cramps and calf cramps. I do believe I have a Mg deficiency, and am taking some supplemental Mg (was on 500 mg, and dropping to 400 this week). Mg is an important mineral, and your body needs it to function. My foot cramps/spasms are virtually gone now.
Best, Timaca
