Was taken off generic Doxycycline due to GI upset and was put on Doryx.
LLMD started me off first week at 100MG 2x a day. Now at 200mg 2x a day (Total 400mg).
Feeling extremely, extremely fatigued -- like I can barely move. It is an effort just to fix myself something to eat.
Did a search on previous posts, and there was some mention of not starting out too strong on Doryx. Please share your experience with Doryx and if you think this is too strong a dose.

Probably a herx.
Call your LLMD and see what he/she recommends.
Mine does not advocate pushing though a herx.
I took doxy and at only 300mg a day total.
I only weighed 110lbs at the time though.

I will call LLMD tomorrow. I weigh 125lbs so maybe dosage is too much -not sure.
