Anyone out here who had positive experiences with Colostrum?
I bought the now brand which contains 500mg capsules with:
Rich in Immunoglobulins Minimum of 0.6% Lactoferrin Average of 25% IgG Antibiotics
Would like to hear if this really helps the immune system ?
Thanks in advance

I had a good experience, which i described last year; i'll recount it. I don't take colostrum regularly, just sometimes, if it fits my schedule.
I got a cold or something, feeling very down and weak; i felt that my body couldn't fight back against anything. That was a scary feeling!
So i took 6 colostrum pills, at 600 mg each, Symbiotics brand. The bottle says take two pills normally, but in case of emergency, take 6 pills.
In 15 minutes i was up, strong and healthy again!
When i take just 1 or 2 pills as routine use, i don't seem to notice much difference except maybe more joint inflammation(?).
