anyone get benefit from this? lately i dont have the energy at all for anything so i saw the one you actually sit on
you think that does anything?
i know when i was actually able to bounce on it lightly i slept better and felt better but i just cant hardly do it now then a few minutes

I know it helps drain the lymph.. which is something everyone needs.

I think it does help to bounce on one, even for short times, several times a day.
