Have not done it, but if you are thinking about it for Lyme it won't get deep into tissues and cells.

You know the spirochete doesn't stay in the bloodstream for a long time but travels deep into the body, especially the brain.

It works well for viruses.

Ozone sauna actually does get into said areas: fat & lymphatic tissue. Whether it eradicates lyme is another matter, since there is really no one thing that does.

I think ozone is the best investment I made besides the bionic. I no longer do any kind of antimicrobial treatment besides ozone and the occasional zapper.

Hi Mojoey
That is interesting. What kind of Ozone are you talking about? I know there are a few kinds. DO you do just the Sauna or do you do the Blood Ozone Treatments??? WOuld love to hear more.
THanks
I used to do UVB Blood Treatmenst but it was only one time a week and i was soooo sick it just was not enough to give me that push over the hump. BUt I loved them at the time and that day or next day..

SO getting into the tissue I am sure is a big issue.

Has anyone heard of doing heat treatments. Such as getting your temp a certain temp for a certain period of time?

I thought the article was discussing Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation, not the use of ozone sauna.

Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation does not get into deep tissues.

Heat treatments known as external hyperthermia, from what I know, cannot penetrate deep enough into the body, either.

Other heat treatments that bring on high fevers are extremely dangerous and no one should mess with those. There is no way to keep a fever from getting out of control and you could risk death.

No you're right. any blood treatments do not get into deep tissues.

I just thought it was bear mentioning that there was a form of ozone that penetrated areas that you mentioned were weaknesses of blood treatment.

The goal of ozone sauna is not to penetrate with heat. The steam merely opens up the pores for ozone gas to enter. Mild hyperthermia (I use 105 degrees) is only a bonus in this case.

Hi springshowers:

I do rectal (95% absorption vs. blood treatments), sauna, and ear insufflation. Theoretically at least, this covers just about every part of the body. Persistence seems to be key for this treatment, more so than other types of treatments. Dr. Saul Pressman, the guy from whom I first learned about this treatment and moderates the ozonetherapy yahoo group, advises that we do therapy every day once we do a series of about 7 liver flushes 2 weeks apart. (I think 7 is a bit ridiculous... I started after 3).

I did blood ozone in Germany after each Bionic session. Both have their uses, but for lyme treatment or maintenance I would do all 3 forms that I mentioned above.

Ozone generators are usually small electrical units..they're connected to oxygen tanks or oxygen generators.

rectal: you need a catheter connected to the tub coming out of the ozone generator.

sauna; connected to tube (coming out of ozone generator) to the sauna unit. Some steam sauna cabinets are designed for such use...in fact you should never use a sauna cabinet that isn't because the ozone will destroy most materials

ear: tube coming out of ozone generator going directly into the ears

Joey,

Are you doing the insufflations daily? and if so, how many minutes are you doing for each? I haven't tried ear insufflation. Maybe I'll try that today. I've only used it vaginally, and to ozonate water. The ozonated water gives me a really strong herx as well.

Thank you.
