It's in the Guidelines. Usually 3-4 teaspoons Mepron with 600-1,200 mg Zithromax plus Artemesia.

My now famous lyme doc had me take Bactim DS one tablet twice per day.
It did the trick for me.
Add artimesinin three days in a row per week, two times per day on an empty stomach.

My LLMD was conservative and i feel undertreated me. He prescribed me only 2 months of Mepron/Azithromycin, instead of the minimum 4 or 5 months: 1 tsp Mepron twice a day, and 250mg Zith, Azi, twice a day. That dose subdued the symptoms, but they returned eventually. Then another LLMD prescribed me Mepron, 1 tsp, twice a day, plus Zith, Azi, 500 mg twice a day. I felt this dosing was too strong for me. I was taking it only once a day, and i didn't feel totally well and got a slightly off CMP , partly from the high-fat Mepron diet, and i quit after 2 months. Since then, half a year, i've kept the Babesia symptoms down very well with Rain-tree brand Amazon A-P, 3 pills, 3 times a day, plus other herbals such as Coptis, Elecampane, Noni, "Quina", etc.

Polly,
How much per month does your herbal protocol cost to treat Babesia? I may be forced to go this route.
