I hired an attorney to fight to get my IV antibiotics back through insurance.
What I need is any previous cases you know of regarding this matter. I already saw the few in the legal section but they are old and he is looking for newer ones. Also the long list of given ones do not really apply to fighting insurance companies.

Could you post your experience with this issue? Especially if you win. It would be so helpful to know a working strategy.
Thanks
James

Does anyone have any experiences/ information to share with Truesun?
True, I hope that you are able to find the information that you need. Most of all, I hope that you are able to fight and win your case for IV therapy. Good luck
Please also keep us posted if you can. I am currently in the process of appealing my insurance company for IV coverage so i'm interested to hear how things work out for you.
