I'm new to this testing stuff. I finally figured out that ART is muscle testing to see what your body needs.
I find this very interesting. Hubby and I went to the chiro Friday for an adjustment. He is doing NAET now.
He treated hubby for mold using NAET. I'm hoping this works for hubby as he has lots of allergies.
Sorry, got off topic there a little. Anyway, I was searching the net to find out more. I ran across this site with a different way to test.
Has anyone tried this in the link? If so, does it work? Chiro showed us how to test each other but I don't feel very confident.
It would be neat to be able to test yourself. Could some of you more experienced ones that use ART try it and let me know if it works? Sorry, I'm a little skeptical. LOL I'm a little dumb too, when it comes to this stuff.
Oh, I almost forgot, this lady claims to have been cured of lyme with teasel root. If only it were that simple for us all. Unfortunately, most of us have lots of other things besides lyme.

We've tried it. I think it's like any new skill, you need plenty of practice to get good at it.
