Please don't tell me I'm the only one that's had this happen. I woke up this morning and my ears were stopped up.

I don't recall ever having it before like this. I've been watching TV all morning and it was fine then all of a sudden I hear echos from the TV.

It's driving me crazy or am I already there? I thought the other TV was on in the other room but it's not.

Is this a herx? I'm not on any abx and haven't been for 2 months.

I just added VCO yesterday and the only other things I'm taking are OLE and oregano oil.

I'm passing a lot of parasite looking things that I have no clue what they are. Also, some worms. Could this be some sort of herx from the stuff I'm taking?

Nevermind, it's not doing it now. It was like I was hearing the TV from my left ear but the echo in my right ear. Crazy huh?

Glad it cleared up but it's not crazy at all. And this may happen again, especially with weather changes or certain meds.

Ginger capsules might help reduce the inflammation that may partially cause this. Also a gluten-free, dairy-free, and corn-free diet can help prevent excess phlegm that can contribute to this.
