FINISHING UP MY 3RD WEEK OF TREATMENT FOR BABS, OM MEPRON AND ZITHROMAX- WAS DOIN BETTER THEN PAST FEW DAYS I AM SEVERLY FATIGUED , IN A FOG, STOMACH PAIN,HEADACHE, CHILLS- AM SUPPOSED TO END 3RD WEEK SAT, THEN OFF FOR 1 WEEK THEN BACK ON FOR FINAL 3 WEEK OF MEDS.
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS TYPE OF REACTION AFTER 3RD WEEK?

Many report this as a side effect of Mepron too. It seems so hard to differentiate side effects from herxes with Babesia. Some LLMDs state you can't herx from Babesia. Others highly disagree.

What doasges are you on? I hope you feel better soon.

big lenny, many people herx during week three of Babesiosis treatment. Are you only going to do two three week rounds?

Sorry you seem to be herxing and right on schedule too.

This is the kind of herxing folks who go way down describe.

It can last 2-3 days.. or if unlucky.. 2 weeks or more.

This is ONE reason you take the week off! Bet that plan makes sense now, doesn't it?

Sorry you feel so bad.. but the very day you start feeling better...

Well, the NEXT day you will feel better than you have in a LONG LONG time.

It will be nice!
