Crap! I took my probiotic last night before I went to bed. When I got up this morning, there it was sitting on the counter! UGH! I must've forgot to put it back in the refrigerator last night.

It's nearly a full bottle and was VERY expensive. Do you think it is bad now? I don't know what to do.

Thanks.

I think it takes 36 to 48 hours to kill it.

An expensive one probably survived.. which one is it??

next time, consider Theralac.

www.theralac.com

I know it would survive.

I just ordered theralac and does that 2 week daily then 2x per week thereafter really do the trick?

I am taking 3 probiotics daily, 1 60 Billion Acido., Florastor and 1 other, and my gut is a mess from abx.

Went potty 12 times soo far today...

I use HLC and it says it does not have to be refrigerated but will last longer if it does.

You could call the company and see what they say, just to be sure.

Liza... I would take at least one a day....however, you ARE on several different probiotics.

have you been careful with your diet?? Sounds like you are in a bit of trouble!
