My daughter who is now 5 yrs old was treated for several months by Dr.J when she was 3.
Over the past few months, she gets nightly leg pain maybe 2 or 3 nights a week and Tylenol makes it go away. And it usually occurs when she's been running/jumping during the day.
I'm concerned with the amount of Tylenol she's getting want to come up with a more curative solution.
Do you think it's the Lyme coming back? Does it sound like a coinfection? I'm pondering getting her back on abx treatment.
Does anybody have a similar experience with their kids? Thanks for any input.

My boys dont have lyme, but they often complain of leg soreness.
With them, its over exerting their muscles, and also at times its growing pains.
I dont like children hurting. I would take her pain if I could. Hope she feels better soon

My oldest son had growing pains. Dr. Jones evaluated him, it was from having slightly flat feet and exercising all day.
What I do for it is put Tiger Balm on his legs (a campor rub I buy at the healthfood store) and put a heating pad on and massage. The Tiger Balm is very intense, so cover completely with socks and try not to get it on your hands. Then I just save the tylenol for the worst nights.

Isn't camphor carcinogenic?
I haven't researched it recently; that's just my vague impression.

Camphor is the sap of the camphor evergreen tree, which grows mostly in Asia. One compound, safrole, is a potential carcinogen which is why it should not be ingested, but it is used externally for many things such as arthritis, etc.
