Any ideas on a safe IR sauna for a small nyc apt? Any thought on this at all? thanks, J

I liked it because it's just plain and simple and cheap. Does all we need it to do without being so overpriced like most. I bought one of the ceramic ones btw. I like mine and it works well.

I have a Saunatec. They come in many different sizes and seem to be well made.

I asked this a couple months ago and there is a HUGE thread you might want to read. Lots of great information on it and what to look for and watch out for and brands etc...
I believe I named it Best Sauna? Which ones? SOmething like that.

Have you noticed a real benefit with the sauna? I have a one bedroom apt and didn't even realize this would be an option for me. In what ways to you notice a difference?
