Hi,

My doctor has recommended I take Vitamin D3 as mine is low.

What brands of pills do people use?

Also can I take it at the same time as my abx?

Thanks,
Kathy

Hi Kathy!

I use NSI right now. I tend to vary it up and switch brands every so often.

Think I ordered this one from vitacost.com

I usually take it at lunchtime - when I was on abx, I took abx in the am, supplements with lunch, and abx with dinner (if needed).

How was your trip? Hope you've been feeling well!

This is what my LLMD recommended. I like using it b/c I don't have to swallow any extra pills. Just two drops a day under the tongue.

Thanks to both of you. Good to hear from both of you.

I hope both are doing as well as can be expected.

I use Yarrow 1000 IU capsules. They are a good brand if you decide to take capsules.

Biotics Bio-D-Emulsion Forte. Put drops in water and take with a fatty meal. Very bio- absorbable.

I'll check out Premier but Biotics got mine up to 87 so I'm doing okay.
