Hi Everyone,

Can I get some suggestions on what bioflavonoids you are taking and how much? I have been reading that they can be a great help.

I take them in a Vit C combination.

Twin Labs.... 1000mg Vit C and I think 500mg bioflavanoids.

Great for adrenal support and much more.
