If you are searching generally for which is better, oral, IV or IM, you won't find one answer. Treatment is pretty much based on individual response. Patients get well many different ways, some do well on orals, others may not, same with IV or IM and many on a combination of all 3 over time.
You can do a search here for Bicillin IM and you will be able to read past posts and experiences of patients. Search by name of medication.
