Hi All
I am having a bart relapse , im pretty sure....

feet hurt, twitching all over, pain in muscles,

SEVERE ANXIETY , stabbing in my head and ears

(like and icepick),brain fog , feeling of vibrating ALL

OVER my body especially at night, hot flashes

and burning in my legs when i lay down.

I am sure it is due to the stress of my husband

losing his job and things being really hard for

us at the moment but one day i was fine the next

bam! symptoms were back have been great for

over a year and now im not. I plan on redoing

deseret biologicals bart kit but have read alot

of about the allergie-immun and wanted to see if

anyone has finished this and found it helpful

and think its a good place to start and worth

the money, any updates would be greatly

appreciated!!! thank you

Are you sure its bart? If so, treat the bart first , then get off abx so you can begin detoxing and regulating with the AI.

I never had bart, but I did have all those symptoms you mention. That's why I ask...it would not be good to treat for bart if you don't have it!

I found for me those symptoms were either toxin related or the lack of minerals and nutrients in my cells, muscles, and tissues.

AI helped my body be able to finally absorb nutrients in foods, and now in a vitamin/mineral supplement. Over time my symptoms left as I began detoxing...and AI has been a stepping stone toward this.

I am still clearing the detox pathways with the AI...but my immune system is now working and I am finally getting hydrated in my cells, and they are absorbing the minerals they were lacking for so long....hence my twitches, muscle pain, and vibrations are gone!

Major brain fog left after I got rid of mercury amalgams and worked on candida...before I started AI...but I most likely still have some...but just feel so much better than I can remember.

I think to start AI and be comfortable just dong AI...you should be in a good place physically...as good as possible to be off abx. OR to at least attempt to get your body burden down with a form of detox. I recommend seeing a ND who understands detox to get you going.

Check the AI threads for more info as most will post results there...I seem to be doing well, but I did start with less body burden through clearing the co-infections and detoxing... than others I believe...so when you compare take that into consideration.

There's no quick method for all this...you have to detox one way or another to get better without living on killers your whole life. And if your pathways are blocked...I suggest the most efficient thing to do is to unblock them first!
