I have been taking three of these every morning at 6:30 am and then going back to sleep. Today I took some and got up and whoa! I was non functioning--I had to lay down for a few hours until I could find my way back to the world.

Could I have been sleeping off the herxes by going back to bed after taking them? I'm not sure you can herx from these, can you? Thanks.

For me, they just make me feel better...

...but some people have had very severe herxes from Wobenzym. So the answer is "yes," you can herx from Wobenzym.

Absolutely...they knocked me completely out!! Maybe you could cut down to 1 a day for a while and increase very slowly.

It kicked my butt on 3 a day!
I had such bad pressure headaches it
felt like my head would explode.
Not sure if I am allergic or that
was just a major herx. Have not tried
it again yet. I was not new to enzymes
either as I have taken Serrapeptase and
Nattokinase with no problems.

I would say yes. I know one of the reasons heparin therapy was so good was that it helped get the abx into the cells.

Enzymes help thin the blood and this helps get the abx into the cells.

Be careful about how loosely you guys use the word herx. A herx is defined as a die off reaction to anti-spirochetal drugs...NOT by taking things like Vitamins and supplements. You can have reactions...but they are not herxes.

I said herx because as I understand it Woebenzymes work on the biofilm form of the spirochete much like a cyst buster works on the cysts--thus causing a die off reaction to the spirochetes.

Try it again! Lower dosage!

It's a true herx if it increases the effectiveness of the abx! It's similar to taking an increased dosage of abx.
