Hi all, know that lyme symptoms return at their will. How very frustrating is that I ask you??? Does this happen to you? Brain fog makes a return and sometimes the tingling? What helps get rid of these? I know the tingling is helped with extra B12, B6. Any other suggestions? -------------------- jkv44

Brain fog may be due to toxins. When Lyme bacteria die, they leave behind toxins that are poison to the nerve cells. Use liver support. Carol

Taking coconut oil can help with brain fog. Start slow about 1/2-1tbsp and increase as tolerated. I take about 3 tbsps a day. www.coconutoil.com Gael -------------------- PARASITES/WORMS ARE NOW RECOGNIZED AS THE NUMBER 1 CO-INFECTION IN LYME DISEASE BY ILADS*
