We have had beautiful weather for the past few days, and I have been feeling halfway human, so I decided to take advantage of it and get some exercise.
Monday and Tuesday I went walking and actually did a mile each day.
I felt okay immediately afterward, but about 6-7 hours later, I started in with the tightness in my chest and shortness of breath that made it hard to get to sleep.
I was okay the next morning though.
Today I decided to shoot some hoops while I waited for my son's bus.
Within an hour after I came in, while I was making supper, I had a sudden onset of extreme fatigue to the point I thought I was going to pass out.
I still feel tired and slightly nauseated right now.
Is this exercise intolerance, or is this something else?
Either way, I'll be bringing it up to my LLMD next appointment--he had taken me off the Rifampin about a month ago, but I'm still on Doxy.

2 things
1) do you have blood sugar issues?
2) Exercise, if overdone, can suppress the adrenals and immune system thus allowing lyme and co to creep out.

No blood sugar issues.
I didn't think I overdid it, although who knows. I thought that if I were overdoing it I would pretty much feel it while I was exercising, which I didn't.
Ugh, I hate this stupid disease!

- Sounds like too much all at once.
In addition to glycemic and ADRENAL matters.
Exercise, if overdone, is also very stressful on the liver. If your liver is maxing out, too much exercise can cause a flood of toxins to overflow, so to speak, into your system.
What is your adrenal support? Cordyceps is the basic one.
Mitochrondrial damage is also frequent with lyme. What can help that is discussed here - along with other exercise support details:

starfall,
Easy way to find out if you're overexerting yourself.
Measure your body temp before working out. Then measure it after. if there is a drop in temperature you are doing too much. the adrenals/liver/body can't handle it.

Well, I woke up this morning (actually in the middle of the night last night) feeling like I'm in a complete relapse--
weakness/numbness on my left side, vision issues, shortness of breath, lightheadedness...
And I just realized that it's been a little over a month since LLMD took me off of Rifampin.
So I'm now wondering if I am indeed having a flare of whatever.
Have I said lately that I hate this damn disease?
