Ok its day 5 on the art and since I started (100mgs), I notice air hunger at the 5-6 hour mark everytime I take it.

It has a 5 hour absorbtion period, or whatever u call it, so at 5-6 hours it should be out of my system.

So, does this mean its a herx? Or, the drug wears off and the babs acts up?

Doctor told me to go on 200 mgs once per day so Im not going to increase it without talking to him Monday, but wanted to see what u all thought)

Or could it be a yeast dieoff from the art?

it sounds like it is hitting the babs to me.

does the art. have an effect on yeast? i haven't heard of that, but i never really looked into it either. interesting if it does.

Im not sure, but i think i read its an antifungal but yeah it most likely is hitting it.

im just wondering if the symptoms come back when it wears off.

Then again i wake up with the symptoms still there, that are mild until 5 hrs of taking the art

My LLMD says that you should improve on babs treatment. You don't really herx. You just start to improve.

So if you've found your babs cycle (7-14 day cycle)...

When you treat with mepron or art you should just see improvement. (aka thos symptoms diminishing)

JMO I don't think you'll necessarily herx
