I've been having pain for at least 6 weeks under the ribs...ever since I did one week of Tindamax.

After I eat, the pain some times seems worse.

Last visit at LLMD my liver enzymes were elevated. Last Thursday I had liver enzymes checked again and they were still elevated...just not as bad.

LLMD will be checking liver enzymes today along with the pancreas.

Since my pain seems worse with food, LLMD thinks it could be a gi issue.

Last time I was in (LLMD does ART) he said lyme was was in my gut.

I've tried a homeopath called appoheat for liver/gallblader dysfuntion, milk thistle, water with lemon and epson salt baths.

I'm quite concerned about this. What else can I do to calm this thing down?

Left could indicate spleen. Maybe tindamas irritated the spleen. My spleen was used as a punching bag for years while on abx. Even after stopping abx, it took years of detox to calm down the spleen.

It's happy 98% of the time today.

I have lived with this pain for over a year. Always said it had to do with digestion tried fluconzole, diet changes nothing. To help alleviate it I would lie down first on tummy then back then sides and then stand up and sometimes, especially as the pain became worse, it would ease a little. After that happened i was left with a severe burning pain in that area.

Many tests nothing, started seeing a homeopathic doctor yesterday and she suggested a twisted colon in the downward part. It all makes sense now.

Not sure yet where i go from here but i know this is what is wrong.

Hope this helps.

Take care

the stomach is also located on the left side. It starts in the center but hangs a left before connecting to the small intestines.

I get pain in this area at times and ususally after eating, for me its GI related and is being a real pain because I just started abx up again about 3 weeks ago.

Sure enough, one week in and my stomach is not a happy camper. Sluggish digestion, bloating, etc.

Pam what did you do to get the pain to subside?

My doc also mentioned spleen as a likely culprit.

Oh, about 3 yrs of every detox program you can do. That's what worked for me with all my major organs.

My spleen, liver, kidneys, gall bladder all were ticked off after doing 3+ yrs of abx and realizing my body was not capable of detoxing. It had to be forced.

I had that in a BAD way through Lyme treatment. I always guessed it was the spleen.

Detox, detox, detox.

My stomach is either bloated or inflammed.

Hard to tell the difference. Maybe it's both!!

Anyhow.. I'm on diflucan, nystatin, and flagyl

I'll try to detox more.
