- Yes, when I used the entire protocol, I did MUCH better. Unfortunately, I could only afford it for a few months, at two different points in time. As with all treatments, it can't be stopped too soon and it is a full protocol, not to be just using this or that - how they all work together makes the difference.
However, many LLMDs incorporate some elements of his protocol but they know which things work best for someone, with their overall plan.
And, it is best to first get a good evaluation from a LLMD so that you know exactly what you face and get their opinion on how to approach this and if you have coinfections, what should be addressed first.
Have you been able to read the book yet? That explains a lot. It is well thought out and I am very impressed by his work and the quality of Hepapro. I wish I had all the money I wasted on other things that never even came close to the quality of this.
I tried to find a cheaper way and that never worked. And, while it was too much for me to afford, it is quite reasonable considering the quality that goes into it at many steps along the way.
Another wonderful book that is very different but of the same subject is Buhner's "Healing Lyme" ?. It's good to read them both.
No matter what plan you choose - hopefully with a LLMD's advice, the self-care is the same and some nutritional supplements such as magnesium are still helpful. More discussed here. Be sure to read all that, too.
