Has anyone here used heparin for brain fog?

I understand that some LLMDs do this. It thins the blood but it apparently has other uses.

Thanks

Does anyone do it as a subcutaneous injection? I know there are sublingual versions available through compounding pharmacies, but it seemed quite expensive that way last time I checked (a couple of years ago).

I did the injections for 7 months as I tested positive for hypocouglation problems thru my LLMD.

I did the injections twice a day in my abdomen and it left a lot of bruising.

Overall, I think it did aid in my recovery. My LLMD stated the heprain helps with brain fob, fatigue, and pain.

Asummers- Is that hypo or hypercoagulation? Did you test again after the injections and was your blood "normal" after that?

My blood is thick like molasses. I am going to have that test.

Should be "hyper" ...

I had great results with heparin for my hypercoagulation. It did indeed help my brain fog, pain and fatigue.

sorry -- hyper.

You begin with small doses and then you have to get your blood drawn weekly to check your fibrin levels. Within 1 month I was taking a whole syringe of heprain.

My LLMD never did any follow up tests after I stopped it, he just did weekly/monthly blood tests for monitoring.
