So my depression, brain fog and energy level have been good the last 4 days but now i have terrible chest pain and pressure and it feels like I need to take deep breaths.

Im assuming this is babesia coming out maybe?

What can I do to releive the symptom?

And at what point would you go to the Dr to get it checked out? I have had this before and everytime they find nothing. But I did call my doc to let him know what was going on and to ask what i could do.

I took Ibruprofen so far but its getting very annoying.

Wonder if taking a brief holiday, a couple of days off your Tx, might help if you feel it's a herx reaction. (I have done so a few times myself, esp. with the "air hunger" issue. Blech.)

When I get that, I try aspirin and/or Benadryl. Many times one or the other either takes the edge off or makes it go away at least for a while.

If you feel like taking deep breaths, take deep breaths. Breathing is the best thing for you.
