Where can I get a copy of this movie?
Netflix doesn't have it yet. The Under Our Skin website wants $35 and Amazon is selling it for $50.00.
Anyone willing to burn a copy for me?

check the website. Look under screenings. There might be one in your area. Some are free to the public.

So much hard work went into the making of this film and the film makers gave years of their lives to this project. $35 dollars is more than reasonable for their gift to our community. Copying the DVD is against the law. Maybe borrowing a copy is a better option.

I understand where you guys are coming from. I was hesitant to even post this because I agree with you about all the hard work they put into the movie for our cause but I just don't have that kind of dough right now to drop on a movie.
I was willing to pay but what they want for it is too much for me at this time.

Ask your local support group if they have a copy to loan out. Borrow from abigail who so graciously offered.

Schedule a time to view it (3 hours in you include vital bonus footage) and if any friends or relatives want to see it, schedule a firm time for them the next day.

If they know you've got to get it right back in the mail, they will take it more seriously and show up to see it. Be sure they know it's a commitment of time - for them to better understand what you are going through and for their own education.

I advise watching it alone first, though, so you can be more focused but also absorb emotions around all that and settle them out before having others see it. It's just more private that way.
