I've been feeling a little queasy with some stomach cramping for the past few days.

Now today, the queasiness has increased, and my head kind of hurts--

this sounds strange, but the only way I can describe it is that it feels like the same pain I have in my stomach I have in my head, the pain just feels the same.

Just wondering if I need to step up my detox a bit, if that's what's wrong, or if this is something totally different.

Have you done anything different or added anything to what you have been doing?

Is there something in which you have done to cause a die off or toxin release?

Done anything with heavy metals?

No, no changes with anything in the past few days.

The only thing I have identified as a possible for the nausea is that I had asparagus on Sunday and again last night.

Not thinking that would cause die off or anything, but I haven't eaten asparagus for about 10 years, so my gut may just not like it.

When you ingest asparugus, it can affect your urine by an enzyme, did you get a distinct smell. If not, perhaps you lack this production or reaction, and it could cause a headache and nausea. It is considered a detoxifier of the blood and kidneys as well. Could be a reaction?

Maybe some of the nausea and cramping may be due to the affect on the kidneys as well?
