I just started (yesterday) using liquids for my mineral needs.

Potassium; TwinLab Liqui- K
Magnesium; Lifetime Mag. Blend (from malate and citrate)
Iron; Natures Plus Liquid B Complex w/ Iron

Been taking the liquid iron for sometime now and I get no stomach upset. The Mag. and Potass. I cannot comment on since I just started.

Got all 3 from vitacost. Free of all common allergies (gluten, dairy, soy etc..)
