to get a more accurate co-infection result?
I had 7 positive bands on my Lyme WB. Can I expect the co-infection bands to show up as well?

I wouldn't think there's a correlation necessarily. As you know, the WB is just a reflection of your antibodies (meaning your body is trying to fight something)..
I've actually tested positive for things along the way with lyme treatment, CPN for ex., that my LLMD didn't think I had. He said sometimes your immune system can just go "out-of-whack" with lyme and show a reaction to something that's not even an issue for you....hope that makes sense....

Still, how you feel, how well you can function is what tells you (and your doctor) how sick you are. That's the body line. What does your body say?
I would not count on coinfection tests "showing up" in like manner at all. Again, your body is what needs to be "read" here. An experienced LLMD can tell much more by talking with you than most tests can. -

- For dx, a lot has to do with which numbers but, still, your body is what determines how sick you feel at any particular time. Lyme has many ups and downs. ------------
