Anyone here taking this combo, if so has it caused insomnia for you and did it go away after a while. I am so tired I can't stand it, I have been taking benedryl and finally last night I took a Xanax with it. I just want to believe that it will last awhile and go away.

I had insomnia before taking this combo but the combo made it worse for sure! I did have to take zanax or something herbal to sleep. Remember we need sleep to heal! I eventually can sleep now with or w/o treatment but it is not always the best sleep. It beats the anxiety and no sleep I use to get.

I have to take my Rifampin in the morning or I can't sleep. It will supercede my sleep meds.
I take sleep meds anyway, though, because Lyme has messed with my sleep so much. I literally have to knock myself out or I'd be awake for days.
