Have you considered, or are near a female Dr. C. in PA? I just heard her speak at a lyme conference and she stole the show (and, this is a show where the famous Dr. B. was speaking).
She uses traditional abx, as well as homeopathic remedies for support. She is a master of the Bioresources products (Pekana, San Pharma and Syntrion), and I learned so much. She also utilizes all modalities in healing and gets to the source of the illness.
