Is there a non-constipating binder anywhere to be found? Charcoal, Pectin, zeolite--all TOO binding for me.
Anybody have a recommendation for a good poopoo pill???
And please don't recommend Mg Citrate. It simply doesn't work in any form or quantity.
Thanks!

Allergie Immun is the best pill I know that will work long-term. Just like a healthy baby (without inherited allergies) after every meal! In the meantime, try various teas, and make sure you have a good balanced mineral base. Nothing works too well without that.
Take care.

Have you tried magnesium in the hot beverage form?
Natural Calm...taken at bedtime.
this works every time for me, especially when I could not take pills or capsules as they did not digest...
Also, do some green juicing in a high quality blender that pulverizes the complete vegetables...so you get the fiber.
The natural fiber, vitamins and minerals from a large glass are a fantastic way to get things going daily for me.

You're not going to believe this, but I actually juice once a day (with a juicer, not a blender) and have taken Natural Calm very recently-- all to no avail.
Have not tried the minerals, though. Would have never thought to take those for constipation.
AI drops, here I come!!

Have you tried Miralax? It is an OTC powder that you can mix with any drink. The powder pulls water into the intestine forming a gel, the gel helps push out the waste. It is not absorbed by the body. Passes right through.
It is not a binder so it won't help absorb toxins. It will only help physically push out the toxic waste in "poo" form.
I take Miralax and lots of Mag Malate daily. Wish I didn't have to but it's the only combo that helps at all.

What about taking the binder/s along with an herbal laxative, such as cascara sagrada and/or triphala. Aloe juice too. Of course lots of water.
Psyllium husks as well.....i prefer the capsule form.
Just an idea.....

Wikipedia PEG - The only ingredient in Miralax:
PEG is used in a number of toothpastes as a dispersant; it binds water and helps keep gum uniform throughout the toothpaste. It is also under investigation for use in body armor and tattoos to monitor diabetes.[15][16]
Low molecular weight (PEG 400) is used in Hewlett-Packard designjet printers as a ink dissolvent and lubricant for the print heads.
PEG is a commonly used precipitant for protein crystallization. X-ray diffraction of protein crystals can reveal the atomic structure of proteins.
Polymer segments derived from PEG polyols impart flexibility to polyurethanes for applications such as elastomeric fibers (spandex) and foam cushions.
Since PEG is a flexible, water-soluble polymer, it can be used to create very high osmotic pressures (tens of atmospheres). It also is unlikely to have specific interactions with biological chemicals. These properties make PEG one of the most useful molecules for applying osmotic pressure in biochemistry experiments, particularly when using the osmotic stress technique.[citation needed]
Polyethylene glycol is also commonly used as a polar stationary phase for gas chromatography, as well as a heat transfer fluid in electronic testers.
PEG is traditionally also one of the main ingredients in Paintball fill because it is thick and flexible. However, as early as 2006, some Paintball manufacturers have been substituting PEG with cheaper alternatives.[citation needed]
PEG has also been used to preserve objects which have been salvaged from underwater, as was the case with the warship Vasa in Stockholm.[17], and the Mary Rose in England. It replaces water in wooden objects, which makes the wood dimensionally stable and prevents warping or shrinking of the wood when it dries. Additionally, PEG is used when working with green wood as a stabilizer and to prevent shrinkage. [18]
PEG is often used (as an internal calibration compound) in mass spectrometry experiments, with a characteristic fragmentation pattern.
In the field of microbiology, PEG precipitation is used to concentrate viruses and PEG is also used to induce complete fusion (mixing of both inner and outer leaflets) in liposomes reconstituted in vitro.

Your colon can become dependent on cascara - long term use.
Try a nice cup of Yogi Detox Tea. The strongest herb in it is Rhubarb.
