Interesting that you posted this. I was in a Babs flare and possibly a cold. But my runny nose has continued which is why I thought I had a cold. However I used to have a constant runny nose before Babs treatment. My sinuses are very tight feel congested too. My air hunger is gone and sympathize with your situation there. However, I'm waking 3-5 times every night and am back to getting the sweats-Yikes!
Hope this helps.

It goes in cycles for me. I thought the worst was over a couple months ago, when I found myself waking up gasping for air, but not even those days are behind me.
Recently, the air hunger has been hitting me really hard, and I just happened to notice that my nose gets really tight before or during an air hunger episode.
I also have a deviated septum, and get a constant run of dried blood during my worst episodes.
Valerie, what are you doing for treatment?

The deviated septum and dried blood sounds tough. Are you in general getting better, worse or the same?
Will try to remember to check in with myself about what's going on around the air hunger when it arises. Your cycles info helps me to understand this better.
I've been in treatment since last June, and really not much on this site or others, so I'm new to this.
Treatment: Mepron, hydroxichoriquine, biaxin and amoxilcillian and a ton of supplements including artimensin. I'm a terrible speller but you get the idea. In the last 2 months, detoxing has been a must. Funny my lllmd is very interested right now in sweats, air hunger and brain fog. He recently decided to primarily treat the babs with lyme as secondary since the last few months the lyme symptoms had been plaguing me. I'm going back next week for my monthly appointment, so we'll see what happens.
