I would like to know what other antibiotics do people take with flagyl and also which antiobitics work best.

my doc gave me flagyl, ceftin and zith

400 mg of Doxy / day. 3 day pulse of 1000mg of Flagyl every 2 weeks.

It is good paired with zithromax. Also good with amoxicillin (and add probinecid). I got rid of lyme with amoxi.
Nobody can say what is "best." It is different for each of us.
Dosage is as important as the medication itself. Too low a dose will not kill the germs, it will just keep them from multiplying.
