5am-abx-pain meds-nystatin 7am-anti-inflammatory med, magnesium (sometimes probiotic) 1pm- abx-nystatin-pain meds-nystatin 7pm- anti-inflammatory (probiotic if I didn't take it in the morning) 9pm-abx-pain meds-nystatin
I did have cat's claw in there but I stopped doing that because I was afraid it was causing my GI issues-but I don't think that was the issue so I will probably start adding that back in tomorrow at 5,1 and 9. Then the after that will be adding slowly the rest of Buhner's protocol.
I think i was told it is OK to take those herbs near the abx.
