Evening all,,,cant sleep due to this annoying numbness in feet. Comes and goes like all lyme symptoms.
Any suggestions for this?
llmd just put me on metanx to help help the nerves. He said it works great.

Which kind of B vitamins are you taking.
I took a B complex and a powdered B12 sublingual, with very good results. No more numbness. I took the B12 twice a day for a couple months to reduce the neuropathic pain.

I would try a soak in Epsom Salts and cool off in
cold after. It seems to help me.
The B12 injections seem to help the nerves too.
