Just had appt. w/Dr R in Seattle and after 15 months of various abx many symptoms gone except for head pressure 24/7. Decided to try me on new protocol several other LLMDs apparently are having success with. Amoxy 3 x 2000 daily. This is extremely high dose but he is seeing succcess with some of his patients. Anyone ever heard of this.

That's not extremely 'high dose.' Someone here told me they took 16,000 mg of Axoxicillin daily!!!

See if you LLMD will add probenecid.

That usually is rx'd w/amoxi...to keep levels of the amoxi in body longer.

I did 3 x 2500 mg daily with probenecid to keep it in the blood stream longer. Also, you should have a "peak level" blood test done to be sure you're taking the right dosage for you.

I took it with a boatload of other meds. I had to ramp up on the dosage and herxed badly every time we increased it.
