How often do you take the flagyl? 3 days a week? 3 days every 4th week?
Also, Do you discontinue your other meds the days you pulse or take them as well as the flagyl?

I pulse 1000 mg (500 2x / day) 3 days every 2 weeks.
I do not stop other meds. Just started my 3 day pulse this weekm
I know another LLMD who recommends 500mg 3 days weekly.
-------------------- Bite date ? 2/10 symptoms began 5/10 dx'd, after 3 months numerous test and doctors
IgM Igenex +/CDC + + 23/25, 30, 31, 34, 41, 83/93
Currently on:

I did 3 days this weekend too- 750 mg a day
But I stopped my other meds. I think this is what my doc said to do. I have to call again and ask.

I'm pulsing flagyl one week every month 500mg three times a day. I do NOT stop my other two abx when I pulse flagyl.

crap- I hope I didn't do more harm than good by stopping the other meds
