Is it possible to have a plugged up lymph system and have toxins just cruising around in your body?
The reason I ask is because of a lack of herx symptoms after switching meds and I've had some swollen glands for a while now along with plugged up ears ect. This makes me think that the boat is already full and can't take on any more water
My feet are constantly painful among other things and while this is a sign of bart one of you gurus on here also mentioned it could be a lymph problem.
Any and all thoughts are welcome.

I think the body can get over loaded with toxins. I actually think its possible to have killed off all the ketes and still have some residual pain caused by the left over toxins floating around.
What works best for me is simple......a few days of drinking a ton of water. I have been at this for over 2 years and water makes me feel better.
Some ppl need to do bigger more major detoxes; but flushing my body with water for several days works for me.
Bouncing on a rebounder is suppose to be really good for draining the lymph system! I have one but haven't used it lately. I never could actually jump on it, but just bounced lightly.
These are just simple ideas. Others will come along with what herbs, etc that you can use to cleanse toxins from your body.
