I have EBV along with the other viruses and co-infections that plague a good majority of us.
I wondered if anyone has any knowledge about the use of Amino acids when there is a true dificiency...and is this common?
I have a complex formula leaving out a couple of the important ones like Tryptophan, etc. I tried it for several days and couldn't tell if that was making me sick or if it were one of my 52 food allergies(which is a whole other topic literally)!
Does anyone know what they use to derive Amino Acids from? I guess I could cal Carlson and ask, I was just curious if anyone knew.
I think I remembered a mention of some certain amino acids that actually make the viruses worse, is that true? My Lyme brain is of absolutely no help! Thanks so much.
