Hi, My name is Bill and I am 57 years old.I would like a list or hopefully one llmd near the southern Il. area . I suspect that I have had lyme disease for 3 years minimum . I have seen 4 neurologist in St. Louis , Mo. at the Center For Advanced Medicne with Washington University . 3 of them want me on anxiety and depression meds . I done a sleep study with the other and now on a CPAP machine . I've had a siezue ,bad balance - falling at times , tinitis , pain & pressure in left ear , tremors , eye disturbances , presurrized numbness left side of head & face left arm & leg , severe fatigue and sleep disorders . I also have problems consetrating , cognative problems , brain fog and some sensations in top of my head that I can't explain . I have been disabled for over a year but at this time still have insurance . If you folks could help me out I certinly would appriceate it . Thank You Bill+1
