I'm wondering if I need a local doc, or if some of them will do phone consults for patients cross country. I'm in Colorado and would love to find someone local, but I think more importantly, I need to find someone good.
Who are the best docs and where are they located?
Thanks in advance.

- Hopefully, someone will PM a few names to you.
You will need to be seen in person and established as a patient before any doctor will be able to do phone consults. Some don't do them at all. Some do these just for minor matters or a short period of time. The manner can vary from doctor to doctor.
But, you would still need to be seen in person every so often.
LLMDs do not handle primary care so it's best to have a PCP who is at least lyme friendly.
Find your local lyme support groups for details on doctor choices:

I sent you a pm.
