I have an appt with this doc in Dec. He is one of the few in TX that will treat lyme, but not exactly sure if he is an actual ILADS LLMD; his experience is viruses and "environmental medicine" (not exactly sure what all that encompasses).
Any experience you can PM to me would be very much appreciated!

I thought the medical board shut down all the LLMD's in Texas? If there is one, he's undercover....

I believe he might be, although that's why I'm wondering if he's truly a LLMD, or just kinda "dabbles" in it. The only other LLMD I knew of there, Dr. W, was shut down earlier this year. It's unfortunate.

My LLMD is in TX and he is wonderful. Dr. M. I don't think he is taking new patients, but you can at least call to get on his waiting list. So.. not all the LLMDs in TX are shut down. But I do think he is the only Ilads LLMD left in Tx. I haven't heard of the one you are going to see. Will be interested in hearing how that goes for you.

I'll PM you. For a full list, you can start your own thread here... see the POST AT THE VERY TOP OF SEEKING A DOCTOR. It tells how to make your own post (thread).
Houston does not have a real LLMD, but there's a wannabe there.
