Need help looking for LLMD referrals in Southern Pennsylvania, Maryland, or D.C.

more about my situation:

45yr old male avid AT hiker

misdiagnosed 3yrs ago when onset fever/chills/sweats/infections

joint pain & stiffness/difficulty walking/
fog/fatigue since March... testing negative.

IDS has given up.
need some help or im going to lose my job... most everything has been ruled out.
