Get your finances in order as Lyme and co-Infections are expensive to treat, with your 1st visit to a LLMD being the most expensive. Many LLMD'S don't participate with insurances, here's why; http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi/topic/2/25539?
Lymenet has the best 'search' engine located in the middle of home page, be sure to utilize this valuable resource.
Once you get some names of LLMD'S it is up to you to research them and vent them carefully. You will most likely be a patient for 1 year and you want someone with a good track record of getting Lyme sufferers well. To do this, Google for patient reviews.
Also join your area's lyme support groups. Members in support groups have first-hand experience with your area's Lyme doctors and love to share their opinions.
